Okay, just realized I finished another one! This time it’s The Pub Challenge. And I’m a terrible participant, I don’t think I’ve added ONE review to the site yet. Well, I better go get on that. Anyway, here’s my list:
1. The Bishop’s Daughter – Tiffany L. Warren review
2. Jane Austen Ruined My Life – Beth Pattillo review
3. Everyone is Beautiful – Katherine Center review
4. Zig-Zagging: Loving Madly, Losing Badly…How Ziggy Saved My Life – Tom Wilson review
5. Sonata for Miriam – Linda Olsson review
6. Handle With Care – Jodi Picoult review
7. Breathing – Cheryl Renee Herbsman review
8. Wintergirls – Laurie Halse Anderson review
9. The Purity Myth – Jessica Valenti review
I’m sure I’ll read lots more books published this year, but for the purposes of this challenge, I’m finished!

Just a quick note to mention that I just realized I’m finished with the Dewey’s Books Challenge. My list is as follows:
1. American Born Chinese – Gene Luen Yang review
2. Looking for Alaska – John Green review
3. Perfect Girls, Starving Daughters – Courtney E. Martin review
4. The Adoration of Jenna Fox – Mary E. Pearson review
5. The Road – Cormac McCarthy review
I still have many books that I was considering reading for the challenge on my shelves and I’ll probably read some more of them this year because let’s face it, Dewey had freakin awesome taste. But for the official challenge, which was to read five books read by Dewey during the time she was blogging, I’m done.

Since the moment Eva announced her World Citizen Challenge, I knew immediately that I would participate. I finally have taken a look around her suggested reading lists and decided on the books that I’ll choose from for the challenge. I’ll be participating at the post-graduate level, which means reading seven books with at least one from each category. Here are the possibilites for what I’ll be reading:
Politics:
History:
Economics:
Culture/Anthropology/Sociology:
Worldwide Issues:
Memoirs/Autobiographies:

Ok so I’m sort of organized with this challenge blog finally. The reason I created it is because my one challenge page on my regular blog was starting to overwhelm me, so I figured that if I organized everything separately I would feel a lot better about the situation. So far, I do.
I will be adding at least one more challenge – Eva’s World Citizen. For that one, though, I have no earthly idea of which books I’d like to read so it’s going to take me some time to get my thoughts together about that. In the meantime, I better start reading…
